Bra kundservice från tillverkaren!
Jag köpte skärmskyddet från Amazon. Omedelbart kontaktade tillverkaren och informerade mig om att produkten har varit under garanti för oavsiktlig skada eller defekt sedan dess. Inom några dagar hade jag problem när jag installerade skärmskyddet med bubblor och dess garanti trädde i kraft. Tillverkaren bytte ut skärmskyddet utan tvekan. Bra kundservice! Ingen tvekan om att jag kommer att köpa skärmskyddet igen, inte bara på grund av dess garanti, utan också på grund av dess kvalitet!

Jag har använt andra kit tidigare, och den här var utmärkt! Glaset är så perfekt placerat och så tunt att jag inte kunde se på 5 hela minuter att det var ens på. Det leder mig till de strider jag hade. Appliceringen av denna produkt är superenkel … när du väl förstår vad som händer. Låt mig bara säga att några av de problem jag hanterade kunde ha varit operatörsfel. Jag svär att jag vanligtvis är smart, så idag hade jag kanske ett hjärnfel. Däremot kan anvisningarna vara mycket tydligare. Det tog ett tag att komma på att min telefon inte vilar på den vita skuminsatsen. Jag försökte få det att fungera (som jag sa, jag svär att jag brukar vara riktigt smart, jag lovar) och det gjorde det inte så till slut såg jag videon. Vid den tiden hade jag lyckats bryta av den röda skjutreglaget, så när jag fick min telefon på plats var jag tvungen att dra av insidan av skalet för hand. Ingen stor grej. Sen kom paniken. “Varför lossnar mitt glas varje gång jag drar upp den här fliken?! Var ÄR glaset?! Kom mitt utan glas?!” Människor, glaset är seriöst så tunt och perfekt och placerat så noggrant att jag inte ens visste att det fanns där på min telefon. Jag fortsatte att försöka “applicera det igen” genom att lyfta den blå fliken. Det var bara täcka tho. Glaset var på hela tiden. Ja jag kände mig dum när jag väl kom på det. Sånt är livet. Det är en fantastisk produkt! Behöver bara lite tydligare vägbeskrivningar. Jag vet att det finns en video men ytterligare två klarare (ta bort den vita skuminsatsen” och “när du väl lyfter den blå fliken är den del som skalar av bara locket, glaset är redan på plats och det är nästan osynligt” skulle ha räddat mig 5 minuter av mitt liv kommer jag aldrig få tillbaka 🤣😂.

Om du letar efter ett hållbart skärmskydd är det här! Gå inte billigt och försök spara några kronor. Den här har två skärmskydd och erbjuder garantiskydd. Jag brukar kämpa med att installera en, men detta gjorde det så mycket enklare! Ja, den här produkten är lite dyrare än de andra, men du betalar för att få två, garanti och enkel installation!! Ja, du kan köpa en för $5 mindre, men du kommer förmodligen att krångla till installationen och sluta köpa en till. LÄTT, SNABBT, ENKELT!

Utmärkt jobb med att vara så ur vägen som möjligt, du kommer inte märka någon skillnad med det på. De har också en tillmötesgående och snabb kundsupport. Jag trodde att det var en spricka eller repa på min gruva och de skickade ett nytt paket till mig. Nu tror jag att det bara var ludd som fastnade innan jag placerade skärmskyddet. Great screen protector and I love the tray install. No bubbles and you can even tell I have one on my iPhone . However the protector that comes loaded in the tray wasn’t seated properly and it went on crooked. Luckily, it came with another one. Make sure the protector is pushed into the little tabs before install!

Drop a few times, but still good
I bought the cheaper screen protector, before and after just one drop it would crack and need to be replaced. However, this one still look flawless, even after I dropped it couple times (about 5fts). So I guess it does the job as promise. I haven’t used it for long tho (only about a month), so my review might not be the most accurate one.

Great screen protector. Super easy to apply and most importantly the pull film action takes off the last of the dusts so there is no dust bubbles. The alignments was a bit off but you can readjust easily.

This was hard for me to rate, but I feel the actual product is a good, solid product. Product itself was easy to apply and straight forward. Instructions easy to follow and it went onto my iphone 14 pro max smoothly. Problem is, I received a used product. I think that’s Amazon’s fault – not the actual company. Opened package, written on box with a sharpie was what phone it was for, and one of the screen protectors was out of packaging, no protective shield on it so it was full of smudges, fingerprints and pet hair on the “sticky” side, so NOT reusable. I did let actual company know. I ended up applying the unused screen protector due to brand new phone and I really needed something on it to help protect it. Could I have returned it? Of course. But when I weigh the price of the new phone compared to the price of this product – I chose to protect my phone. If someone reaches out to me to correct this issue – I will update this review.**Update Feb6 2023** Actual company of product reached out to me immediately and is sending a replacement for the used shield. Greatly appreciated!!**Update Feb10 2023** Received new screen protector product from actual company, free of charge. Couldn’t be happier with their customer service, and their product is holding up well – very happy with the durability of screen!

Great and easy to install
These screen protectors are so great and easy to install. They are so strong and protect very well. They are a tempered glass type that almost feels like nothing is there when using your phone. The cameras and floating island are not affected at all. If you have trouble installing and getting dust under the screen try doing it in the bathroom with the hot water running, the humidity will help keep the dust away, I didn’t believe it until I tried it and had no dust or bubbles using that method. If you use both screen protectors and and still have a problem, do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer, they are amazing people and will kindly replace it under their warranty you will receive it promptly. I did it and they sent it to me in only a couple days. They are an amazing team! Will buy from them in the future they got me hooked. Thank you ultra glass for such a great product! Amber the member of their customer service team has done nothing but help me, she has been an amazing help, and she stays in contact with you and keeps up with how your product is treating you. This service with them is amazing. Well worth the time and effort to talk to them.

Magical Experience!
If you’re detail oriented like me, then you want your screen protector to be centered w/no bubbles. I can do it with the cheap screen protectors but it takes a long time and even if you’re really careful, you can mess it up. This is a pretty fool proof installation and is SUPER easy. I had an issue with the first one i tried and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. Its a two pack and the second one I tried really went on so easily and I love it. Shell out the extra $10 bucks for this quality product (vs the cheap ones). You won’t regret it!

By far the best protector I’ve ever purchased
This is by far the best and easiest screen protector I’ve ever had EVER. I unfortunately dropped my phone in my recliner last night and when I got up the recliner rocked and the phone was mashed in the pivot point of the rocker. My phone fortunately was unharmed and received no damage and I attribute this only to the screen protector. Unfortunately the screen protector was destroyed doing its job like a champ by taking the abuse and saving the actual phone screen. I emailed the Customer Support at midnight and they answered within minutes as well as said it was in fact covered under warranty, got my address and said they would be rushing a new 2 pack out. This morning at 10am Saturday I received an email with tracking numbers. I can’t say enough about the product or customer support. I have now purchased 2 more sets 1 for my wife’s phone and 1 for my 13yr olds phone. She goes through about 1 a month. So I am looking forward to working with the support team in the future. Easy to Install and Great Customer Service
The installation process was fortunately very easy and I had no trouble installing the screen protector on my phone and was able to avoid any dust getting underneath the screen protector.The screen protector itself looks crystal clear and seems like it provides a solid protection over the phone.After having the screen protector on for several months, I did have an air bubble develop that was hard to remove so I contacted customer support and they were very considerate and offered me a replacement with no hesitation.The customer service representative Linda was especially very caring and considerate of my request. She was very kind when I reached out for help. I’m glad to have had such a pleasant experience communicating with Linda and receiving a replacement right away. The replacement works great. Great product but…
So I like the screen protector, looks good and no problems and actually comes with two protectors so that is nice. Instructions should be a bit bigger since they are on a tiny square, I’d recommend a half sheet.BUT!!!You must make absolutely sure there is zero, and I mean zero, dust or debris on your screen. Lost one screen because a bit of hair got stuck and on my second one there is a permanent air bubble because a single spec of dust and no amount of pressure or using the scraper will make it go away. So that is a bit disappointing; also the applicator tool is not very intuitive. You essentially have to drop it in and hope nothing got under it (like for me) or else those air bubbles are there to stay.So main criticism is the applicator is honestly bad and the absolute perfect amount of care you have to have is a hassle.Other than that, good product though I probably won’t get a replacement screen.

The only phone case/brand you need.
Most screen protectors I’ve bought, either is hard to put on, sticks to your hands or leaves bubbles. This case makes it so easy to apply to your phone you won’t even think your phone has a protector. I don’t do reviews much but I really want people to know this is a really good product. THANK YOU!

I went through plenty of the 10-15 dollar range screen protector on my iphone 12 pro. It kept cracking in the center of the glass and edges. Replaced roughly 7 of those on my last phone. counted how much i spent on cheap ones, I decided to spend a little extra on my iphone 14 pro max. Packaging is pretty cool and neat. Screen protector feels durable in my hands. Installation is a breeze. No distortion and my touch screen feedback didn’t change. Now for the test. ill update if it decides to crack in the same areas as the cheap ones. My personal opinion, I think it was worth an extra 10 bucks so far. Just wanted to give my personal opinion, because i spent too much on the cheap ones.

My screen protector had a cracked line across my screen only after two weeks. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. Shirley was awesome! Not only she sent me a replacement, she sent me an upgraded one that comes with an auto-dedusting installation frame. The new screen feels very smooth like it’s not even there.

I never like doing these for fear of sticking them on crooked or with bubbles. I read the directions for this and couldn’t believe i was so afraid to add it on. It was SO EASY!! Very happy customer. The guide makes sure you can’t be off center at all too. 😊 highly recommended

After I received these screen protectors I went to install the first one. It had a pea sized bubble that would not go away no matter how hard I tried. Begrudgingly, I removed the screen protector and repeated the process with the second (and final) protector. It went on flawlessly and looks/works great. I got in contact with the manufacturer a few minutes later via their email and two days later I had a brand new set of screen protectors in the mail. It is a great product with amazing customer service.

Best Screen Protector I’ve Had In Awhile!
I absolutely love this screen protector. It took a few tries to get the cover on properly without bubbles, but that was not a major issue for me. It was mostly me being a perfectionist…lol I love how it covers the whole screen and how nice and clear it is the packaging is very well-made as well. The glass is THICK! I didn’t expect that. Overall I am very impressed.

Easy Installation
The screen protector was really easy to install. It installed with no air bubbles and the alignment is perfect largely due to the provided tool. The screen protector itself doesn’t appear to impede any of the phones functionality. The front facing camera, touch screen, etc all work just as well as prior to installation of the screen protector. Additionally, the fit of the screen protector is near perfect on my 14 pro max.Overall it’s a high quality screen protector at a decent price. Definitely would buy again.

When I got this item I was hesitant because of the cleaning kit. The brands I’ve used in the past always seemed to leave that one fiber that ruins the new screen. Not the case with this kit. I cleaned screen and installed the new perfectly. The screen fits the iPhone 13 pro max absolutely perfect. In fact the edges are cut to size so perfect that you can hardly tell there is a cover there. As for scratch resistance I will have to see. But for now this product is starting off in the right direction. I’ve tried all brands at one time or another because of work phones and this is by far the best to this point.

The best screen protector I’ve bought so far
I’ve mainly used ZAGG screen protectors for as long as I can remember. IMO this ultra glass is hands down better. It was very easy to instal first off. I love how the touch sensitivity is maintained on my phone, comparable to not having a screen protector on it at all. In addition I’m clumsy and drop my phone a bit, but this screen protector doesn’t even have a scratch on it. Wish I knew about this product sooner. Will definitely buy again.
