Llego completamente nuevo
Llego sin contratiempo, con caja sellada, funciona al 100% hasta el momento sin ningún detalle,tenía un poco de desconfianza que llegara con algún detalle, pero sin duda llegó bien y nuevo

Phone does not work with Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, and Cricket Wireless
The phone itself looks good and is fast and I will order one from another company. BUT: The problem is they don’t tell you that it doesn’t work with Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, or Cricket Wireless. I had to send the phone back because my provider could not activate the phone. They say the refund could take up to 30 days after they receive the returned phone and the return label is via UPS which possibly is going on strike after July 31st if union talks fail. Very frustrating.

This model does not work properly with US carriers!
This model does not work with US carriers. I’m currently with AT&t firstnet and I cannot get the service to activate. I was instructed that this is an international model and AT&t will not allow me to activate service with it.

Do not purchase this phone
This phone does not work with Cricket. No where in description does it say this. It says compatible for all carriers but once you receive the phone it says not compatible for Cricket.

The phone is good and cost its price, but I didn’t expect that the screen is going to have a lot of scratches after a few days of using. If you buy it, please cover with a screen protector as soon as possible.

Smartphone I looked for
Before that purchase, I used S20 and S21. Compared to those models the S23 has a better camera. However, I don’t like the design. For me shapes of the S23 are not as smooth and comfy as in S21.

Great phone
I really am pleased with my S23. I upgraded from an S20, with which I was also very happy The S23 is an improvement on an already great phone. It’s faster, everything works as well or better than on the S20, it has some new features that I really like, and in general, I’m completely satisfied and happy with my decision to upgrade. Price was right, delivery on-time and the transition was nearly painless.

Visual Voicemail Icon Missing
Phone works fine, but there was no Visual Voicemail Icon installed and you can’t just go to the Playstore and download one. Called Verizon (since it is included in my plan) and they have no idea how I can install it.

S23 was fine but Verizon failed
Phone was in perfect shape except for simm card holder. The plastic clip was missing inside and would not keep simm from slipping out of the holder when reinserted. Also found out the carrier had disabled wifi calling for new phone (but not Samsungs fault)

USB means what?
I just received the phone so I’m not rating that, exactly, as much as I’m sharing an alert. Product info on Amazon says it comes with USB cord. Maybe I’m old fashioned but when I hear USB cord i think of one end going into the product and the other end going into a USB port on my computer or charger converter. Not so here. What you actually get is a short cord with both ends the same shape, that being the shape that fits into the device. That might be ok if the phone also included the piece that plugs into the wall socket but nope – another hidden expense. Not impressed with that little surprise.

Vale lo que pagas
El producto es original, empacado y nuevo, se encuentra en su versión global. Por su precio vale lo que cuesta. En cuanto a detalles del producto, tiene un rendimiento excelente, el único apartado en el que flojea es la batería, da un uso de un día aproximadamente

En cuanto al vendedor, todo bien, el celular llegó a tiempo, llegó en su caja sellado y sin ningún problema.En lo que respecta al celular, es un buen dispositivo, se siente de calidad, el tamaño es perfecto, la pantalla asombrosa, la cámara mejor de lo que pensé y buen sonido pero, la batería sí se queda atrás, se consume muy rápido aunque esté en modo ahorro.
