Phone is like new and awesome!
For the price I paid, I think this phone is worth it. I got the phone within a couple of days. The phone has some weight to it and feels high quality. The hinge is sturdy. The phone came with Android 13. The apps open and close fast and snappy. Compared to my s23, the white is not as white, but you wouldn’t even notice unless you were specifically looking for it. I got this for my dad who is kinda old school and prefers a flip phone.

May or may not work
This has been my second refurbished phone I have purchased from amazon, and the second in a row to have a major defect. The first was a Samsung s20, which would reboot on its own around five to six times a day. And you wouldn’t receive any notifications until you unlock the phone. This phone is awesome, but something with the built in antenna that receives the cellular connection is messed up. Sometimes I can call and sometimes I can not. Sometime my Sim card will show unknown or att or t-mobile. I used att, I’ve even tried an esim to rule out the Sim card. Will be trading this phone in to the att store for the new z flip five as they’re doing a good deal for the trade in.

I like how this phone is responsive and how easy it was to set it up. The battery life is the same as my old phone so there are no differences. I was so shocked of how much this phone cost because just a year ago this phone was 1,200 dollars. The screen was not as delicate then I thought it was going to be.

It’s like a new phone. No scratches, battery around 90%. It’s a pleasure to have this phone. I choose it because I read reviews about foldable phones and looks like this model is one of the best. I was betwen Motorola Razor and this one. But i have already a Motorola and im not happy with the signal and some features ,like Smart View ( phone mirroring). With Moto I couldn’t mirror nothing,with Samsung everything. Thanks to the shipper the phone arrived faster than usual.

I am very pleased with this phone. To start, it arrived a day earlier than expected and was packaged nicely. It came with a charger, obviously not the original, but it was a nice surprise considering when you buy these new they don’t have an ac adapter. The phone was genuinely like new and it holds a charge very well. I can make it until the end of the day before I have to charge it. Lastly, yes, it really is an unlocked phone. I read a few reviews and was nervous the phone would be tied to a service provider but that wasn’t the case for me. So far, I am very happy with my purchase. ☺️

I was skeptical but it worked out great
Bought this as a present for my wife as she wanted to try a flip phone for the first time. She loved it instantly. I was skeptical about how the product would arrive and it was in great condition, including battery which was what concerned me the most, but after double checking it and using it as a primary phone for a couple of days it is working as intended and feels almost as new.If I had to give a con it would be nit picking that the packaging was a regular ugly box but that would be expecting something unnecessary and unrealistic, so just throwing out there in case someone did care about the original box.

Beautiful phone
Thanks God that my phone came in good condition with no scratches. It looks literally new. The issues is the battery life, but the good thing is that it charged really fast. The performance is great, but I have noticed that there are some bugs when I try to use YouTube. It appears my cover reloj for micro sec, but it doesn’t bother me. What I didn’t like is that it came in a really thin package, it could have been broken anytime during shipping. I was lucky that the Amazon delivery was in a good mood. I will updated my review after couple of months if it is still working. At the end it may or may not work. So far, I love it!11/2/2023Still working perfect. 💪1/1/2024Still working perfect 👌

At first, I was thrilled with the purchase, but within 3 weeks, the folding mechanism stopped working and the screen went black. After taking it to a certified store to see what went wrong, I was advised that the factory screen protector had been removed.If I had bought new, the factory screen protector would have been on it. The instructions say to not put your own screen protector on due to the factory one being on it. Nowhere on the Amazon description when I purchased this phone did it say that they had removed the factory screen protector.When I tried to get a refund, I was told that I had broken it, even though there was no physical damage. What happened was that dust got into the crevices because there was no factory screen protector, damaging the screen and making it unusable.Although it was ultimately not my fault, I was denied a refund or any sort of compensation and had to buy a brand new phone 3 weeks after this one. The phone is bad but the company is worse. Buy elsewhere.

Great phone for the price, but go NEW if possible.
TLDR: since the review is long: Don’t get the Flip 4 renewed unless price is your motivation. Its last year’s phone. The Razr 2023 is only $599 (cheaper on sale) and nearly identical. Or get a new Razr+ 2023 or Flip 5 instead. Battery life sucks on flip phones, so eliminating some of the battery usage going new instead of renewed is almost a necessity. Even if you go new, I’d still recommend getting a portable battery, like one that hangs off the USB-C port unless you plan on leaving the phone charging all day.—————————————————————————————————————————-I did not realize the Flip 4’s screen is very soft plastic. I knew it was soft but I didn’t think it was that soft. The one I received had a dent in it. Contacted seller and they gave me a $25 refund so I chose that since the dent wasn’t that bad and I’ll probably get used to it. I didn’t want to return + repurchase and gamble.The outside notification screen is nice and serves its purpose. I installed GoodLock from the Samsung store and the MultiStar extension so I could use apps, mainly calculator, Spotify, Pandora, and Samsung Wallet (tap to pay) with the screen closed. Using full apps (as opposed to the cover widgets) on the cover screen is a gimmick I probably won’t use that often, but its nice to have that option.Sound quality of the speaker + earpiece (can do stereo) isn’t as good as an S21, S21FE, or newer. Even my S10 Lite has better sound than the Flip 4, but that was expected due to small speaker and small earpiece.Battery health measured at 3595mAh out of 3700mAh (97%) and Amazon only requires 80% battery life. Although battery life is 97%, the battery life is abysmal , losing about 10% per hour while using the phone. I’ll probably purchase a 5000mAh or higher hang off the USB-C port battery pack if I notice battery life is too low.Wireless charging is slow. It gets even slower when the phone is in use, like if you’re watching something or listening to music.

The piece I received was in great condition, as good as new. Did not have any scratches as mentioned in the product description since it is refurbished/ renewed product. I am happy with it. I took it out of country to Asia and I was able to use it there with local sim card. great speed, great battery life and slick style. Love it.

I got this phone about 5 months ago in perfect condition except for the Speaker was a little bit messed up but manageable. After a couple times that I dropped it on the kitchen floor, The inside of the screen started to mess up. I would get Thick black lines underneath the screen and a solid laser pink shooting across the screen until eventually the last time that I dropped it. I currently have a thick black line running all the way across the Screen. And everything above the folding crease I am unable to access because the screen has lost its sensitivity to my touch. Other than this the phone works perfectly fine but it makes me wonder how messed up the phone was Before it was refurbished for it to have to mess up this bad after a couple times of dropping it on the kitchen floor

Surprisingly Good
As a $300 refurbished phone, this product definitely exceeds my expectations. Other than some dust on the screen, it looks pretty much like new. There is no problem with it at all so far, and I am able to use my network on it. The phone only comes with a sim card pin and a third party charging cable (no charger), which is a downside. I deducted one star because it does have the factory applied screen protector, which samsung explicitly says not to remove.I am not entirely sure how warranty works on these refurbished products, but for the price I am willing to give it a try. Of course, if any problem occurs, I will for sure update my review.

Mostly good
My flip came all nice and packaged, but when I took it out one of the camera lens covers was cracked- which isn’t a huge deal I bought some $7 replacements on ebay- but supposedly my phone was excellent condition and I don’t think it broke in transit it was well packed. My hinge works great I have noticed it makes a cracking noise like there might be sand or dust in the hinge- but it’s faint and it moves smoothly so it’s fine I think. Over all I’m happy with it- a little disappointed this was the excellent condition- but my battery is still mostly new so there is that.

The phone came a bit damaged the left plastic bumper was not there only the right one. The cover screen had a small scratch. The phone is amazing. Its fast, you can wireless charge other devices which i love that. If you want to buy this phone you should but u should buy it at other places, this company is not the best nor its the worst. The phone is very lightweight and is very compatible. When using the phone you dont feel the screen when your using it. The lock on this phone is amazing.

So I ordered another EXCELLENT CONDITION flip4 from Bayshine, the 256GB version this time, hoping it’d be flawless like the 128GB one I got back in December (ended up giving it to my mother) but the one I got today, after a week, was in like “good enough condition” HUH? I was really hoping Bayshine would be consistent in it’s excellent condition lines but I guess not because this one came with tiny but MANY scratches on the cover screen and VERY noticeable scratch/dent on the hinge and a slight popping/scratchy sound on the right side of the hinge where the sratches are so I will be returning and trying ElGeo fingers crossed-PREVIOUS REVIEW 128GB EXCELLENT CONDITION-(5/5 stars) First of all, shipping was SO QUICK took like 3 days to get to me and I’ve only had it for 3 days and I really really like it! Works great and came in truly excellent condition, but I’m not sure if it had a screen protector or not, no where in the description did it say it comes with one so I have place one on and was doing a bit of a closing and opening test and it all seems fine, gonna leave it open for a while just incase 😅

I love this phone so far. I’ve been an Apple girly for a really long time and decided it was time for a change. I have wanted this phone forever. I was nervous due to the reviews of if it would work or even come undamaged. So far I haven’t had any issues with it. It came with no scratches or anything that suggested that it had been used prior to me getting it. The screen is working great (knock on wood). It’s so cute and I love the amount of customizations you can make with it. If you’re thinking about it, go for this deal.

Wrong storage capacity
Love the product however I’ve come to learn from my phone carrier we received two 128 gb z flips when the purchase was for two 256 gb so pretty disappointed I got robbed in memory when I paid the extra money for the extra storage. Like I said love the product so I still gave 4 stars but that’s not for the service that’s strictly just for the model phone itself. After learning I had less storage than the purchase indicates I double checked my phones settings and sure enough it was a 128 gb phone. If anything can be done to fix this would greatly be appreciated. I won’t make a fuss if not simply because Amazon has been great to me so far however like I said I am greatly disappointed.

I’ll have to update on longevity.
The phone is snappy, performance is on par with a flagship phone of the year 2022. The folding feature is useful and eyecatching, but even without it the device is a great phone. I’ve had my device for about two weeks and except for a clicking sound which went away on its own, no issues. Most people however will find problems in its longevity. People usually keep their phones for a couple of years but the average lifespan of the flip is only about one year or less. Keep that into account before buying one, they also commonly do not survive drops. I will update this review when my flip breaks to say how long it lasted. So far so good though.

The phone seems as good as new. There are nearly no scratches the only one is the here you try to put your charger in and you miss but that’s nothing because I will be making those anyway. Flex mode works, outside screen works, phone moves fast, all that’s left is to see how it charges and the battery life span. If that sucks I luckily have a 2 year warranty. This is random but the SIM card key came broken. Update it charges. In a year I will come back and give this that final star

I bought this phone as soon as prices dropped. Used it for 3 months and love it so far.Things I like:- It’s small enough to fit in pockets and purses.- Front (selfie) camera is higher quality than any android I’ve used.- Can use cover screen as a selfie mirror when taking photos with back camera.- On the cover screen I can easily read weather info, control music, and turn off upcoming alarms.- Can multi-task with split screen or pop-up screen.- Locked screen shows charging time.- Control panel shows battery % of Bluetooth devices.- Can automatically turn off phone to keep things running smoothly.Things I dislike:- Battery life isn’t long.- Doesn’t have a headphone jack.- Phone is slim and long. Hard to press things at the top.- Camera is very warm toned and saturated.- A lot of gaming apps haven’t adapted to this screen ratio yet.- Cover screen can display the full SMS or IG message for two seconds when they’re received, but once I try to toggle to the notifications slide, the message is kept private.- Fingerprint reader is too sensitive.

FRAGILE!!!
Beware to protect the hinge of the phone, it can’t take a lot of drops. I dropped mine twice and it’s done for without expensive repairs. I did love the phone while in use though, it’s really compact when you need a phone to be compact, easy to pocket without worrying about loosing it!!
